What air supply is required?
Generally 4–8 bar of clean compressed air is needed for stable performance. It is recommended to start with an air supply pressure of 5 kg. The larger the cylinder, the higher the pressure required for start-up.
What materials are pneumatic valves available in? Are there explosion-proof or high-temperature options?
They can be made of PVC, stainless steel (SS304/SS316), cast iron, or cast steel. Explosion-proof versions and optional accessories are available. High-temperature resistance depends on sealing materials—EPDM (-40~100℃) and PTFE (-30~180℃)—with corrosion-resistant options also provided.
